After the study, discussion and decision of the fifth teleconference of the Board of Directors in 2020, Shenzhen Best Treasure Holding Co., Limited is approved to join our group as a member. The main business of it is to assist Asian Gold Fund Limited, a company directly under our group, to complete the long-term business of gold transaction, as well as to take full responsibility for the government procurement business of African countries.
Our group has confirmed that Mr. Jiang Jing remains the actual controller of Shenzhen Best Treasure Holding Co., Limited, who is also appionted as the vice president of the Group and the executive vice president of Asian Gold Fund Limited. Ms. Belinda Jiang(Yurong Jiang) is appointed as an assistant to Chairman of the Group.
