Baida Capital Operation Center (BCOC)
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Baida Finance (Group) Co., Ltd, BCOC has been approved by Companies Registry of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The major business of BCOC is to provide full-range service package (such as financing consultancy, operational guidance and coordination) for Chinese enterprises¡¯ domestic and overseas development. Its services cover project financing, instrument financing, overseas loan under domestic guarantee, domestic loan against off-shore guarantee, packing loan under L/C, bond financing, etc.
