In 2011, Mr. Ngai Keong, chairman of the board of Baida Finance Group, was invited by the United Nations "Global Forum on Human Settlements" to serve as the senior consultant and international judge of the forum. 

Yuyao, a city of Zhejiang Province, recommended by Mr. Ngai Keong, was selected as the Global Green City of  "The Sixth Global Forum on Human Settlements"  after evaluation. 

On April 7-8, 2011, "The Sixth Global Forum on Human Settlements" was held at the headquarters of the United Nations. Mr. Ngai Keong was invited to give a speech on the theme of "China's urban domestic waste treatment is related to the fate of national environmental protection", which attracted great attention of the international community.
