On September 18, 2011, Mr. Heller, Secretary General of the Rome Fund and special assistant to the mayor of Rome, visited Baida as the representative of the mayor of Rome, and had a very pleasant and fruitful exchange with Chairman Ngai Kong on the preparation of the Rome Fund and the financial engineering of the construction project of the future Rome Olympic Games. Both parties signed a "MOU" on the basis of full consultation between them. Both parties agreed to establish a "strategic partnership" from then on, and hire Mr. Ngai Kong as a senior consultant of the Rome Fund.
