On March 2, 2012, the "China & US Joint Jewelry Forum" initiated and organized by chairman Ngai Keong was held in Beijing. The delegation led by Dr. Yang Liansheng, President of the Jewelry Institute of America, Mr. Li Jinsong, President of the League of Jewelry Dealers of Asia, and Mr. Ngai Keong, vice President of that, had substantive exchanges on the joint planning and establishment of the "Grand Oriental League of Jewelry". The three parties signed a MOU on the same day.
