According to the reports of many clients and the reminders of Beijing police, recently there are some criminals, who take use of the reputation resources of Baida Finance Group, under the banner of Baida Finance, conducting fraud crimes of so-called futures investment and loans on the internet and some app software. In this regard, our legal department authorized by the group hereby make the following solemn statements: 

1. Our Baida Finance Group is an international financial entity registered in Hong Kong, with the registered logo  , and the English name of the company is Baida Finance (Group) Company Limited, with its legal representative Mr. Ngai Keong. Our company has never been engaged in the businesses as P2P services, private placement, fund-raising, futures investments , loans and so on, and we have never had any app or other platforms engaged in the above business.

2. Our Baida Finance Group has never authorized or entrusted any enterprise or person to engage in the businesses as P2P services, private placement, fund-raising, futures investments, loans and so on in the name of Baida Finance.

3. All and any illegal business actions of any enterprise or individual who counterfeits the name of Baida Finance, have nothing to do with Baida Finance (Group) Company Limited! And all legal and economic responsibilities caused shall be independently borne by associated counterfeiters!    

4. Our group reserves the right of legal investigation for any criminal act in the society of the counterfeit name of Baida Finance.
